Hello,

Welcome to stronger-longer-healthfitness.

The aim of the activities are to help build first Stability and Endurance into your body, so depending on how you want to take your fitness journey you have the principles imbedded that will enable you to:

  • Reduce likelihood of injury when exercising.

  • Have strength in your legs and rest of body to keep you optimal for day to day life.

  • Give you foundations so that you can explore and or develop muscle,, conditioning or whatever is in store for you on your fitness journey.

My whole life has been a series of different focuses involving exercising from school cross country running champion, playing football, boxing, athletics, karate, boxing again and athletics again. The one constant I have in last 40 years is exercise. I’ve learnt a lot, I’ve a lot still to learn and there is as lot a can and will share.
